Languages At EBS London

EBS has been a centre of excellence in language teaching for many years and has been the recipient of various awards for its curriculum with final year students and its active fostering of language study.

The study of foreign languages is an integral part of the undergraduate degree programmes at EBSL.

As part of the undergraduate degree courses, you must choose to study one or two languages* (depending on your degree choice) from a range of nine on offer. If you decide to study two languages, you should already have knowledge of one of them before you start at EBS.

* Foreign language study is optional for the BA (Hons) International Events Management degree.

Graduate Language Skills

The linguistic skills of EBS London graduates make our degree programmes unique - almost 100% of our students will graduate speaking at least two languages fluently, and 70% are fluent in four or more.

Part Time Evening Language Courses

Part-time evening language classes are also offered to the wider public and to students in the other Schools on the Regent's College campus.

** Languages are offered subject to demand **

"A year ago, before applying for this scholarship, I never imagined what a significant impact it would make on my life.  By the time I submitted my entry I had improved my knowledge of China, interviewed the former US ambassador to the EU, and enjoyed a coffee in London with an exiled high commissioner.  The scholarship is an amazing opportunity for students to open their minds and experience real world initiatives."
