Completing the Online Application Form

The EBS London online application form is broken down into several pages.

Information is saved after every page and applicants can return to complete the application at a later stage if necessary.

Information Required for Online Application Form 

The following is a step-by-step guide to the information you will need to provide when applying online.

Undergraduate or Postgraduate?

Firstly select whether you are interested in undergraduate or postgraduate courses...

Begin New Application

Click the "Begin New Application" button - unless you have recently applied online to EBSL and have a username and password to return to your previous application.

Page 1: Course

Please select the course you are interested in. If  languages are part of this course you will be also prompted to choose 1 or 2 languages.

Page 2: Security

This page will prompt you to enter a password that will allow you to return to the online application form at a later date.

Page 3: About You

Please enter your personal details.

Page 4: Contact Details

Please enter your contact details.

Page 5: Family/Guardian

Please enter your family/guardian’s contact details.

Page 6: Language Skills

Please tell us your native language. If English is not your native language, and you have already taken an IELTS or TOEFL test, enter the results here. If you have been studying in English for at least the last three years, tell us here.

Page 7: Qualifications

Please enter details of all academic qualifications gained from the age of 16. You should enter the Qualification Type (e.g.: GCSE, A Level, AS Level, IB Diploma, Abitur, High School Diploma), the name of the School or College where you were studying when you took the qualification, the Course/Subject you took, the Grade gained and the Date Received (the year).

You will also be asked about any academic qualifications that you will be taking in the future (Examination Results Awaiting). Again, enter the Qualification Type, the name of the School or College where you are studying for the qualification, the Course/Subject you are taking, and the expected Date that you will receive the qualification.

Page 8: References

Please enter the names and contact details of two referees. One reference should be academic; the other can be a personal, character reference. The first reference should be provided by a teacher, tutor or academic counsellor; the second can be written by anyone who knows you well, as long as he/she is not a family member.

The actual letters of recommendation can be sent in later, separately.

Page 9: Other Information

Please enter your 300-500 word personal statement. This should outline why you have applied for your chosen course at the European Business School London, what you feel you will gain from studying this course, and what you will contribute to the student body. You can prepare this statement offline, and simply copy and paste into the application form.
