Postgraduate Open Evening

Wednesday, 15 December

Students and Staff at Postgraduate Open EveningDespite the bad weather and delays on the Jubilee line over 50 guests, alumni, faculty and students made it to the School’s single central London campus in Regent’s Park.

With some attendees starting their MA, MBA and MSc courses at Regent’s College in January this was an excellent opportunity for them to meet alumni, faculty and fellow students.  While for others it was a chance to network and learn about the Regent’s College difference.

Postgraduate Presentations

The main presentation showcased the British education Postgraduate options at EBSL, RBSL and American Postgraduate options at WGSL.

Regent’s College Head of Careers and Business Relations, Matthias Feist, explained how even in tough international employment markets the support provided by his team can help dedicated students achieve their goals.

Kaye Foskett’s thought provoking taster lecture ensured the audience would never forget the Peas & Pests of marketing. This is a good way for people who are interested in Postgraduate study to experience what it is like to be back in the classroom.

Student Experience

The student and alumni panel provided an insight into the student experience at Regent's College and also what life is like after graduation.  The same themes reoccurred across all of the programmes; with students and alumni highlighting the diversity of students at the School, the practical approach to learning and the central London location of the Regent's College campus.

After the panel everyone stayed on for the drinks and supper where attendees could speak informally with the School’s faculty, staff, alumni and students.

If you didn’t make it to the event and would like to learn more, Regent’s College London will be holding future Postgraduate events so please check the website, Facebook and Twitter pages regularly for updates.

"If there is one underlying factor that truly stands out when I reflect on my time at EBS London, it is the feeling that my opinion as a student counted on the MSc course, and that I was encouraged to have an input into the way the programme was taught."
